What we collect
Styled collects information you provide directly: your name, email address (via Google sign-in), style preferences, wardrobe items, and photos you choose to upload. We also collect basic usage data such as your IP address and the outfits you generate.
How we use it
We use your information solely to provide the Styled service — generating personalised outfit recommendations, storing your wardrobe, and improving your experience over time. We do not sell your data or use it for advertising.
Photos
Photos you upload (face or reference photos) are stored securely in private cloud storage and are only used to personalise your outfit renders. They are never shared with third parties or used to train AI models.
Third-party services
Styled uses the following third-party services: Google (sign-in), Clerk (authentication), Anthropic Claude (AI outfit generation), and Vercel (hosting and file storage). Each has its own privacy policy governing their use of data.
Data retention
Your data is retained for as long as your account is active. You can request deletion of your account and all associated data by emailing us.

Browser Extension Privacy Policy

What we collect
When you click “Style this” on a product image, the extension captures: the product image from the retail page you’re viewing, the URL and title of the page, and your Styled user ID (stored locally in your browser by the extension). Nothing is collected passively — the extension only activates on explicit user action.
How we use it
The captured image and page context are sent to Styled’s servers solely to identify the product, save it to your Styled wardrobe, and generate outfit recommendations. Images are stored in Vercel Blob storage. No data is used for advertising, analytics, or any purpose beyond the styling feature.
What’s stored in your browser
The extension stores one value in Chrome’s local extension storage: your Styled user ID. This is used to associate saved products with your account and is never shared with third parties.
Third parties
Product images are processed by Anthropic’s Claude API for metadata extraction and outfit generation. No other third parties receive your data. Nothing is sold.
Data retention
Saved products remain in your Styled account until you dismiss or delete them. You can remove all your data by contacting us at hello@kellyking.me.
